Are you gearing up for Thanksgiving?
So are we. All the food has been purchased and our biggest debate is which pie we’ll eat first.
(We plan it in advance – it’s that serious.)
We’ve been exploring ways to express gratitude and found so many great examples. Here’s a few of our favorite ideas:
If you have little ones around, this Thankful Wreath at Cupcakes & Crinoline is a great option that doesn’t take much time.
If you have more time to plan and want something really creative, these Gratitude Rolls at One Good Thing by Jillee are just the ticket. A surprise in each roll (and these rolls look tasty!!!!)
Ready for something with ZERO preparation? While around the table, play A-Z. Each person takes the next letter of the alphabet to say something they’re grateful for (A – apples, B – butter, C – cars, etc…). If you want a challenging upgrade, play Scattergories style: Set a timer for 60 seconds and fill out as many as you can. Then share aloud – any repeats are disqualified. The person with the most unique card wins! (Here’s a free printable to make life really easy!)
How about getting everyone involved in the decorating? This Thanksgiving table cloth at Persia Lou is something sure to be remembered through the years!
Seth Godin has a free download for the “Thanksgiving Reader” – a series of beautiful and inspiring quotes to read around the Thanksgiving table

Happy Thanksgiving!!
